The Best French Toast
Get ready for the Best
French Toast Ever! This french toast is made from bread and it is freezable too
so you may enjoy a french toast breakfast any day of the week!
Ingredients
• 2 1/2 cups milk
• 7 eggs
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
• 3 tsp ground cinnamon
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 16 thick pieces Challah or bread slices
Instructions
1. Whisk eggs and milk together in a mixing bowl.
2. Add brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt. Whisk until smooth.
3. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan.
4. Soak bread slices in mixture until saturated. Cook bread on each side until golden brown.
5. Serve with berry, whipped cream, and our renowned Liquid Cinnamon Roll Syrup.
Notes-
To Freeze: trendy toast completely on a wire rack and after
that transfer, the bread to a parchment paper lined baking sheet. French toast
can be stacked with a sheet of parchment paper in between each layer. Freeze
until solid, then transfer to a resealable plastic refrigerator bag for long
term storage.
To Reheat: Microwave on high for about 1 minute each piece
until warmed through OR toast in a toaster until heated through for a crispy
exterior.
